Discovery Call
Once you have viewed your proposal and paid your deposit. We will book in a time to have your discovery call – where we get to know one another more and find out more about your business, and that you're wanting your new branding to 'look' like. This is also where we chat all things strategy, and build strong foundations for your brand.

Concepts & Development
Your project will begin with an in-depth questionnaire designed to uncover your unique vision, goals and audience insights. From there, the design process unfolds through a presentation including research, personas, moodboards and most importantly the concepts which I'll then refine based on your feedback.

Brand Finalisation & Guidelines
Here we bring together all your final files, and I prepare them ready for handover. Depending on the scope of your project we will do your collaterals i.e business cards etc after this stage.
Then we wrap up with final off-boarding and handover of all your files (once your final invoice is settled and your brand is signed off). We have a little final hurrah — but don’t worry, I’m not going to ghost! I’ll still be around for any post-project support you need.
